Registration

Our camp programs welcome students from any school and of any race, religion, and national or ethnic origin.  There are maximum group sizes for each camp program.  Some weeks and groups may fill up more quickly than others.  We encourage you to enroll early.

How to register: Registrations and payments are handled online through the “Register Now” link below.  You will be prompted to create your own account, which will allow you to make changes to your registration, add campers, update pertinent information, and print receipts.

Registered, and paying by check or cash? Mail or deliver your payment to The Hewitt School, 45 East 75th Street, NY, NY 10021 Attn: Rory Hertzfeld-Hearse.

*The online registration, payment in full, and the Camp Health Examination Form  must be completed before a camper may attend camp.  The Camp Health Examination Form is a mandatory requirement per the NYC Department of Health & Mental Hygiene and is due prior to your child’s first day at camp.

* If available, campers may add weeks and days to their schedule without incurring additional late registration fees.

Cancellations and Refunds: Summer Clubhouse is not responsible for providing make up days or issuing refunds or credits for camp days missed as a result of scheduling conflicts, illness, emergencies, or other events beyond our control.  The 50% camp deposit (accepted up to April 30, 2012) is nonrefundable and nontransferable.   If camp tuition has been paid in full, a refund for the remaining portion of paid tuition may be requested prior to April 30, 2012.  If paid in full, a refund of 25% of camp tuition may be requested by June 1, 2012.  Such requests must be submitted in writing by email, mail or fax and delivered to the attention of Rory Hertzfeld-Hearse, Director of Auxiliary Programs.  Under no circumstances will refunds or credits be issued after June 1, 2012.

Late Registration and Late Payment Fees:
As of April 30, 2012 camp tuition is due in full.  June camp registrations received after May 1, 2012 require a $25 late registration  fee.
